They let go of 7 people in management the first part of this year (with about a 4-hour notice), and have restaffed their IT department (with the same even-handed type of dismissal). Coordinating their offshoring efforts and running an MT school in New Mexico seem to be their main concerns. At one time they had the resources in place to become a solid larger transcription company but their priorities seem to have shifted in the past year. I worked there in many capacities but found the offshoring issue to be one I couldn't ignore or stomach.
