The platform is ExText. There are new accounts and tons of work. I am in editing so I touch just about all the accounts and most are a dream. Of course you have some dictators that are difficult, as with any job, but that's not the majority. The pay is always on time and correct, that's a big one for me. The people I deal with are very nice, so I would assume it would be the same people for you. :) Yes there were staffing changes, don't know why or the details, but that seems to happen everywhere. I really have no complaints. Yes some work is offshored, but there are a ton of domestics as well. I've been there over a year now and I never dread going to work.
