I have failed this test probably 4 times now and I never did understand how. I did call the recruiter and ask her about it and she said she would get back with me which she never did, so I just assumed I failed it...four times!! I have been a Transcriptionist for 15 years. If you findd anything out that is useful, please post. I had a friend refer me there but I can't pass the test to get in.
