Do not pay for headings

If you have a report that has templated information they do not pay for that, headers, or footers.

VR not that great at headings. sm
Some reports good, some jibberish.  Some of the Keystrokes - like changing case and such - are wonderful.  Some never use.  Does it make you more productive?  In my case sometimes.  Just disgusted with pay cut - oh excuse me, the adjusted line rate.
2 spaces between sentence; add headings when possible;
nm
Every account is different with abbrevs, headings, etc.
so do not think you can just go ahead and format it. One rule - nothing is ever the same at Transcend for anything.

VR is horrible - same problems over and over, nothing ever gets fixed. My pay was cut in half on VR and I could not get my lines even close to what I could do typing.

Communication depends on your ROM/TL. Some are good, others are really bad (and need lessons on how to spell because their e-mails are full of typos.)

Pay sounds good, but all in all, it is probably less than some of the other companies because the platform is very cumbersome and slow. I finally just put dates in every field because I could never remember which field was used for what account. Insurance is so-so.
Spheris MTs, do we get paid for preprogrammed headings SM
in the platforms. I am on TWS 3.8.  TIA
Long reports, much editing to do, headings sm

are made when not needed, headings not made when needed.  They've lied about how good the ISR is over here.  Straight out lied.

On a good hour, I've only reached 300 lph (only if I've also had straight typing), many hours I am 120 lph, 110 lph on short VR reports only.

You can have 2 sets of headings in ShortHand, ones that are bolded and others that are plain. I had
accounts like that also, one using bold headings and the other not. For the bold headings, I would put maybe an x or a number behind the shortcut, such as HPIx for bold and HPIxx for without bold, whatever suits your fancy.
Transtech pays for all the headings in the report template, such as those in your example, and they
all the demographic stuff that is inserted into the header and/or footer of your report. A heading and not the same thing as a header. The only thing on a report that you are not paid for is the hard-coded header and/or footer at the top and bottom of the document that has the facility name and the spot for the patient information to be inserted.
Yes, that's including headings. I use Open Office which gives me a char count.
What it doesn't include is anything in the ADT screen, just what we type in the report.
