at any company. Sometimes the ESL docs are better dictators than the EFL docs because they understand the language barrier created by their accents and try to speak clearly. I have been at Webmedx for 3 weeks now and have 2 accounts that are 70% or more ESL and I have not had too many problems with any of them.
