Their platform is a nightmare. They recently changed to one that was written by one of their tech people and they are switching over all their accounts to this platform. It is very cumbersome with a lot of screen switching - not able to get any production most of the time between that and their server problems. Much down time which of course they do not compensate you for. They have cut a lot of the good benefits that they had, and now they are offshoring besides.
