I am employed by them and am looking for another job. They are RIDICULOUS! They want 135 lines an hour but yet many of the dr's are foreign and nearly impossible to understand so you have to spend a lot of time listening. God forbid you hear a new term and have to look it up. They audit you and take off points for every little thing. If you leave a blank you're supposed to leave 5 consecutive lines _____. I got dinged cuz I left 6. It's impossible to please them and close to impossible to live up to their line count. If something goes wrong with their system, they blame it on you. They set you up with a mentor who calls during the time you're supposed to be working so your line count gets screwed up. It is NOT worth it and I will be quitting shortly. Save yourself a stomach ulcer, you'll NEVER please them.
