Have talked to her before and did no good. Actually 3 accounts but two of them have 3 different hospitals per account. Seems to be how they do it now. I don't mind doing my share of hard dictators but don't put me on them and leave me there. I have talked to her about that and she took me off that dictator but they just changed to another hard dictator. Not getting enough good docs to make any money. Am not making production. Have 10 years of experience in MT so makes me look real bad. I always made production every other place I worked though.
