I started out with psych, went to multispecialty clinic, then went on to acute care, then over to radiology, so I'm trained across the board.

For the past year or so, I've 'specialized' in hematology/oncology and just love it. One of my accounts is a huge oncology center so there are innumerable physicians, nurses and PAs who dictate, so it's constantly someone new. The other one is for a pediatric hematology/oncology clinic with about 100 dictators.

Out of all of the fields, hematology/oncology is probably my favorite as it is constantly evolving.
