EXACTLY!!!

I feel like I get put on the hardest accounts because of my experience.  I'd rather just have a good account with dictators who actually talk to where you can understand them, but we are never allowed to tell them to talk clearly, we are just expected to miracously know what they are saying. Hey, shouldnt we get extra money for being psychic..
