Just quit OSi after 3 months of BS. AFTER I gave notice they put me on a decent account. Other account was entirely bad dictators, I'm sure the good stuff went to India. I wasted time trying to punch in and out as their security certificate comes up invalid. Line count software goes down constantly. Way too many emails and IMs. Progam is not compatible with Vista and tech support is iffy. I never got over 150 LPH until the last week I was there and I have 40 years experience in transcription. Kept getting emails for mandatory training which I ignored since I knew I was leaving soon. 
Each hospital has their own guidelines and they're 87 pages long, no consistency. I'd be typing along and suddenly get a stat for a hospital I had never typed for and had to go look up the guidelines, wasting time. Rarely had the same doc twice in a row. Always had work, but other than that it was Medquist all over again. Punch in, punch out, punch in, punch out.
