You are correct, things will never change with her. They say they care about their MTs, but the bottom line is - what kind of person would leave her MTs sitting without paychecks? She does not even offer to pay bounced fees!!. She says we should not write checks out before the money is there, so she WILL NOT be responsible for them. What about the ones who have automatic drafts coming out?

They have lost so many good people because of their ways. This is not to mention - the ones who are on their way out as we speak. It is not only the owner, but the manager. I feel sorry for anyone who currently works there.
