Exactly what I am doing.

I have insurance but it is useless unless something major happens.  I now have low back pain.  I have been alternating heat and cold.  I have started doing exercises that H taught me to do when he had low back pain and went to physical therapy.  Few years ago, I would have been in the doctor's office by now.  Also, my dentist tells me I need root canal.  It will cost $2000.  That was a month ago.  I don't have that kind of money.  If it gets too bad, I say pull the darn thing.
