FN does pay 10 cpl, but

some of the accounts are horrendous and sometimes the voice quality is very bad.  You can get used to it if you stick with it long enough, I suppose.  I really didn't like the recruiter at FN either (one of them is a bitch on wheels).  I'm doing better at a much-debated/controversial service discussed here on the forum, making 8 cpl on ONE fairly understandable ESL account with better voice quality than I did at FN. 

I don't really like the idea of 8 cpl at all & think MTs should be paid more (thanks AHDI/AAMT for ruining MT pay), but I come out better with 8 cpl than the 10 cpl and switching to 3 or 4 different accounts with totally different formatting rules to remember.  Just my humble opinion.
