The fact that OSi does a background check on people that work the government accounts is a federal law...not something only OSi does. If you work on a VA/military account ANYWHERE you have to do a background check. Its funny that whenever someone posts questions about them the same 3 people jump up to answer. I have been there for years and like it very much. They dont call me everyday on my day off and I have always gotten all incentives/bonuses offered. I dont use their insurance since I am an SE but I do know that they have recently changed the insurance they offer....dont know if it is good or not though.
