QA director at OSi, which is based in Douglasville, GA. She has very little experience and is inept. She has been an MT for only 2 years and was on 100% QA for a month on a clinic account because she cannot spell and doesn't know grammar. She cried and threatened to go on strike when she wasn't promoted, so she got the job in short order. She has 7 kids and apparently works 7 days a week, 16 hours a day. I think she is married to a preacher. She once wrote a travelogue entitled "Flossie Goes to Douglasville" and described her experience on her first airplane trip to meet the bigwigs. It looked like a child wrote it, was full of errors, made no sense, and was just plain stupid. That is who Flossie is. She is responsible for doing OSi's QA for MT's who have been in the business for years. It's a crying shame.
