I for one am no much happier not working for MQ. I can actually sleep at night and my stress level is 0. I have a flexible schedule at my new position and work for people who actually care and are nice and pleasant to work with and for. Worked for MQ for 14 years before getting the courage to go. Don't be afraid - the grass can be greener. My new platform is MUCH easier than MQ. Good luck with your decision.
