Do ya all not know that as the minimum wage goes up, so do the MTSO's prices?  Yet the Transcriptionist is locked.  Unless you are confident in finding another career, you are being screwed.  How do I know this?  I have been stuck at the same cpl for 20 years, never more than 9.75 cpl.  And that was with no benefits.  Nuf said.  I turn down anyone who asks me about wanting to work at home doing transcription.  I tell them RUN.  This career is pitiful.  Plain and simple.  To boot, I look at real reports done by my fellow trans. and they are horrific. I would never sign my name to them!!!
