I'll tell you. In general, most of the people there are hard working and very nice; however, the one who runs things isn't. She has absolutely no transcription experience, staffing experience, etc., so people hit the door in droves because of no work. She also consistently tells people anybody could do this job yet she never has. Ask in-depth questions regarding holiday pay (none), etc. They can't keep people because the benefits are limited to certain states and hideous at best, they don't give hardly any leave time, and no holiday pay. BIG time account manager turnover and now have people who were previously office clerks trying to manage accounts. It could be a great company if the right people were in charge.
