I've also been there almost 4-1/2 years and have had a wonderful experience. I'm making very good money and doing quite well as a single mother with a house and relatively new car. The management has gone through some recent changes so it was a little nutty for a bit but I definitely see things turning around for the better. Our new president has great insight and really cares about us. I've heard from other people that the new pay structure is netting them more money also. I highly recommend them. Management has been wonderful to me and very flexible as I dealt with some long-term family challenges. By the way, they don't pay for spaces but the line they pay on is smaller than the standard 65 per line (is that right?), so it works out to pretty much the same thing.
