Once you accept the offer you'll be sent an official hire letter with the appropriate paperwork to fill out. Once they receive that in the office you'll be scheduled to have the software installed (usually within 1-2 days depending on when the paperwork is received and you're available) and after that you're scheduled for training - also usually within a couple of days according to when you're available.
