...I submitted a resume to them in response to an ad. I have over 20 years of experience, with much of that time being either a special teams leader or QA Manager at a fairly large national with a good reputation. However, it appears that I'm not quite what they're looking for as they haven't even acknowledged that they received my resume. I heard they wanted the best, but I'm not sure what one needs to have beyond what I've presented to them to get their attention. Maybe sending homemade cookies to the corporate office with a resume attached? Hmmmm!
