Here is my take on FN....sm

Supervisors, office staff and work flow people are GREAT!

QA Dept.= very rude!  It feels like they are not working to help the Transcriptionist but are against them.

Work flow = was really, really bad for months at a time possibly due to overhiring but now seems to be a little better. (But this was transcriptionists fault due to not working their schedules.)

No benefits whatsoever!

Heavy load of ESLs.

Good pay.
