Health insurance benefits are usually tied to production in most of these joints. Therefore, you would have to be hitting your quota in 30 days to be eligible. At my place, that would be lph plus 98% accuracy (I won't even mention the inconsistent QA here), and only sending a certain percentage (single digit) of reports to QA *and* these are heavy ESL accounts. I'm sure it's possible somewhere for those experienced MTs but I don't see it happening for me in the near future.
