I am not the poster above, but you have to deal with that manager for any problems, time off, etc. Just because someone had negative interactions with that person does not mean that they had quality issues. I have had several unpleasant encounter, none of them were related to quality issues.

Even if someone is having quality issues, they should be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. It is never acceptable for a manager to be mean and nasty to an MT. Are you saying that nastiness is justified if an MT has quality issues?
