If it is in the contract, how can it be hidden? I am not defending this, mind you, and I highly doubt it is legal. I do think most MTs need to learn how to read a contract or take it to their own legal counsel for review before signing it. I would be very surprised if such a clause could be enforced.

You will not ever know a Transtech MT either. All names are hidden in
No national will allow you to communicate with your fellow MT's. It is a dangerous thing for the nationals to allow this, as they do not want 1 hand to know what the other hand is doing. Might cause turmoil because the MT would find out who their favs are if they talked to one another. Silence is the name of the game among the MT's especially. We are piece-meal workers out in la-la land instead of a factory.
