QA is just doing their job. KS cares very much about the quality of work their MTs produce. I have been there for 4 years and have never had a problem. I also have several friends who work there and have never had problems either. They expect you to produce a top-quality report. If you are a hard working, dependable MT, they will bend over backwards for you and treat you like gold. I am amazed that you would just quit after your first review and not even try to improve. You might actually learn something and better yourself as an MT.
