Mass exodus...not! The volumes have increased drastically, which for a lot of us is a good thing.

Yes, we're asked to stretch if we can on occasion, but are not required to. You're not going to get on anyone's bad side if you don't. Since we're all ICs and able to decide when and how much we work, there are times that the workload is going to be greater than the coverage. It's the liaison's job to try to fill these holes and sometimes that means asking for extra help. Some members are team players and are happy to help out, others are inflexible and refuse to do more than their commitment.

Yes, there are still some Lanier accounts, there are some DAC accounts, and WAV accounts. No one is stuck where they are unhappy, you obviously have not been communicating with your liaison.

QA is top notch. If there are inconsistencies, those need to be brought up to the QA supervisor, who is excellent at communicating with the team to be sure everyone is on the same page.
