I can hardly understand that but it sounds like they are dangling a carrot possibly to motivate you to complete training faster with promise of QA promotion that may never occur....but maybe I'm wrong and irregardless you are being paid more so why care. Most companies would advertise for experienced QA I would think if they need people not recruit from pool of MT trainees. I just don't get it. In any event, more money for no experience and less for 10 years does not make sense or cut it with me. I suppose I could offer to introduce my mother to this guy  and see if she can get me another .05 cpl more per line too but then again she is 73 and not feeling too sexy so I guess I'm outta' luck. The search continues...
