I have worked with Axo on 2 different occasions.  I had to leave both times due to personal problems, nothing to do with the company.  I was paying $200 a month for the insurance (that includes me and my kids, no spouse).  It is Blue Shield.  As for the accounts, I have only worked on 2 of their accounts.  The first had almost no ESL, but kind of slow dictators.  It was orthopedics.  The second was mental health and had some ESL, but they were clear dictators.  Recording quality was excellent, platform excellent, people helpful and wonderful to work with.  Pay always on time.  The above is just my experience, your mileage may vary, but I would definitely recommend them.  I'm really bummed that I'm not able to work with them. Good luck to you.
