and it took a LOT of perseverence to get a contract. It's not so much lack of courtesy as lack of a person whose job is Recruiter. The CEO does the recruiting as well as a zillion other things. Just keep at them. I did, and was very happy. I left because of needing benefits. Otherwise, my best experience in the MT world, and I've been at several places.
