and usually have plenty of work, though sometimes it is not there when I want it. Have still begun to think it best not to have all my eggs in any one basket. Downside to freedom of schedule with MDI though is that you are expected to pitch in when they are busy, even if it is your day off. Tends to make me feel always on-call rather than just free from lack of a schedule. Other than that, a great company to work for.
