but if you don't mind my sticking my oar in, I would say if you are happy, you are making decent money and benefits, and you are not running out of work... you're ahead of many of the folks who come on this board to vent, and if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it! Of course, it's a decision only you can make, but based on what you just posted, to me it's a no-brainer, and until and unless things change for the worse, if it were me, I'd stay put.

Just my $.01 (adjusted for the way the job market is going these days).
