It seems they continue to operate in this unfortunate way all at the expense of the MTs. They are mostly people there that tell you what you want to hear and then do not deliver. They seem to just treat you like a number not realizing that without out the MT they would be nothing. Sorry to say but this has been going on for years there, I worked there for 4+ only as a second job, but quit after they lowered my pay from 8.5 to 6 depending on my line count, which since I was part-time was only 6,000 a pay period. They are not honest people to work with. I wish you well and to all those out there, do not put all your eggs in the eTransPlus basket.
