currently looking for a job but have read so much garbage here and also have experienced some of it myself that I wonder if its even worth it. Seems the MT world doesn't want excellent MTs anymore they want production machines and the one thing that is the MOST important is the BOS! Transcription can be perfect but miss a comma or put in a period where BOS says it doesn't go and QA is having a fit. I have seen horrible reports go through and people get marked for putting M.D. instead of MD! That is getting ridiculous. The profession I loved for so many years has gone straight down the tubes.
