because their current employees are quitting in droves, and the ones that stay are rewarded by having the best accounts sent overseas and shoved onto new platforms, where they are forced to work out the bugs on the new software while trying to make a living. Pretty soon the only people working there will be overseas, which is exactly what they deserve!
