I work for a company that uses the BeyondTXT platform and it's great. It's very easy to learn and the line counting system is wonderful.
I cannot think of any minuses about the platform actually. The only problem I ever have is when there are server issues, which is very rare.
Do a search on the board too for further info.
BTW, do you mind my asking what company you're talking about?
