I have noticed the Ctrl M or Ctrl+shift+M only work when it is a speech document and do not work when it is is a regular transcription/typing job. Do you have the dictation anomaly feature. If you use a ctrl+E where you would like to put a blank, at the end of the report you can use the Ctrl Q feature to go back to each blank. Just keep hitting Ctrl Q to get to the dictation anomaly you would like to relisten to.
For the ESP. Is this even with a short expansion? If it is just a few words it usually works, but I have also noticed that if it gets too long, like a paragraph, it does require a cut and paste.
