I did

I tested last time she was hiring, back in February. I did very well on the test, and have been working for her since that time. I am scheduled to work next weekend, but she is unable to keep things straight and, although I have provided her with a color-coded chart that shows my work schedule for the entire year, she believes that she is correct and I am wrong. She is planning to cut my last check in half (for work I did that was the toughest doctor she has, IMO, and did the work while going through the most stressful time of my life) because she believes that I am quitting without giving her one week of notice, which is what the contract requires. I told her that I will be available for my next scheduled shift, June 20-21, but she is very confused and cannot read the color-coded chart, so she believes otherwise.

I have proof that the schedule I provided is correct, but she refuses to argue about this with me. I don't want to argue, which is why I provided the chart. I have all of the work that I have done for her, which proves the dates I have worked. When she sent out an SOS e-mail needing help and I was not scheduled to work, I helped her out and worked. Still, she decided to *dump* on me. I have actually been busy saving lives (literally!) and she knows this, yet still continued to try to do the work for her because she was already short a Transcriptionist who was having oral surgery. I HAVE BEEN SAVING LIVES!!! (My son's and many other young boys, from a child molester, and the mother of one of the victims of said child molester.)

Enough said?
