I think it's an awesome program. I've worked on about everybody else's platforms and I prefer this one. I particularly like that you can look up prior reports that have been transcribed, which is helpful if you have a difficult dictator. It's so fast too, everything is right there in front of you. I have worked on it as an MT, then I did VR, and now I do QA on it.
