Winscribe is just a software program that lets you log in and click on your files to listen to them. I type my files in Word, then sign off the file, go on to the next file, etc. Super easy. You need an USB foot pedal - I have fiber optic for Internet - don't know about dial up. Easy to install, easy to use.
