word for not getting a raise and not getting paid OT.  Those are both very valid issues.  In my case I didn't ask for a raise, but got a couple of e-mails telling me that due to the quality of my work, the volume of my work, and the difficulty of the account that I s/b making more and that they were going to reevaluate my rate.  Other than a couple of e-mails that was the end of discussion.  I never got paid for OT, yet was asked to work extra almost on a daily basis.

There are others who said they were never paid OT and then there is the post for the new applicant who said they told her probably no OT if she worked extra.   They might not want to pay OT, but they aren't exempt from the law.

Everyone has different expectations from a company, everyone has a different experience, but the above are not issues of not being able to produce the lines, produce a quality produce, stay within TAT, etc.  I have recommended KS so I'm hardly a disgruntled ex-MT and everything I have said is documented.
