I don't think so

Landmark is owned by a husband and wife team in St. David's Pennsylvania.  I don't think they're affiliated with MDI in a business sense - just in a good business practice sense in that they both treat their employees decently.

I think the fact that they both use Bayscribe is a co-inky-dink, as well.  It's a decent platform, it's web based, and it's probably reasonably priced for the MTSO.

I work for Landmark, but can't speak to MDI.  I think WestCoastMT works for both of them.  She has spoken highly of both companies.
