I don't think so

I've worked at OSi since November and do an account with an approximately 40:60 mix of typing and VR.  I started on the VR about 3 months ago on the same account.  I was told if I didn't like it and it didn't work out, to let them know and I could go back to straight typing on the same account.  It seems like they really don't want to MAKE you do VR.  So far so good.  The Extext is easy to use and the VR reports are pretty good, most are minimal editing.
