technology as you call it. GEE I use it myself. What I have the problem is, not learning definitions and looking things up to learn. Just looking up things quickly on Google or whatever seach engine you use, doesn't teach you a thing. It just all goes back to the beginning about learning while working instead of being thrown into a production situation right off the bat. Too much pressure to make money instead of transcribing an accurate report. You cannot do both without that experience!

I cannot believe this started just a war.

BTW, you say even in schools students are allowed to use modern equipment and technology. Of course and you should. But how many folks are coming out of schools, going into MT on a production basis and then can't make any money or do the job?

I am not going to even argue the point anymore. Those coming out of school know how hard it is to do this job and make any money. They would have it a lot easier if they could and would work in a facility for several years. The ones just going into school are not going to listen and they won't know until they get out and start looking for a job and start working. The real world will then set in.

Those who have done this for many years understand what it takes to get into the field and how much research it takes when working.

I am not going to argue this anymore. Listen or dont.
