I've got secretary spread!! Ever since I turned 45 back in April, it has been getting worse! I used to snack all the time while transcribing, but I really don't do it much anymore. I think my metabolism is slowing way down. I heard the tail-end of a commercial not too long ago that advertised something to speed it back up. I wonder if anyone knows what the name of it is. I probably can't afford it anyway, so I'm going to just get up and walk around for a while!
