These are people you do not want to work for. They are very mean, crass, and have absolutely no respect for US MTs. They will tell you one thing and then do another behind your back. They will promise you work and then sign off all the work on the system and give it to the MTs in India and Manila and tell you there isn't any. They also hire people who are non MTs and make them your manager. The Director of Ops is virtually impossible to work with. At one point they had a lady running their show that seemed to know her stuff. I don't know what happened to her, but I am sure they could use her now.
