I worked inhouse for 7-1/2 years. During that time, I was miserable all the time because the other 2 ladies there were basically just witches with a B!!! Nothing made them happy - there was too much work, not enough work, somebody did more than their fair share of OP notes, somebody did too many HPs the night before, all that was left was DS's, something to gripe about all the time...
Then, of course, there is this board, where everybody wants to argue and be hostile...
Now, I just went back to work inhouse at a local hospital part time and guess what? Everybody talks about everybody behind their backs and cuts other people down. Everybody has a grudge against somebody else. I have been taken aside by each person in the department and given the information I needed about this person or that person, I have been told not to work too hard, I have heard the remarks made about the supervisor, the lead transcriptionist...
It never stops!
