and take what she says with a grain of salt......ask her how many hours she works to make a living. The big problem with them is the platforms have serious problems, editors have to fill in headers and do NOT get paid for them. As for offshoring, onshore MTs are only used for stat day reports, other than that their plan is for all offshore and VR, which they recently decided to go to. The person running everything has no experience being an MT and don't even try to tell her anything or ask a question because she does not know and she is only interested in cutting money. The benefits are horrible and you do not get holiday pay, etc.
