I wouldn't touch ETP with 10-foot pole unless you like to brown nose and don't mind getting only hard accounts if you are really good (if you have limited MT abilities, you should be fine because they will only give you easy work) but run out of work often,
Sten-Tel is part of the 80-some-odd MTSOs associated with the national company Sten-Tel based in MA which is expanding its capacity to send work overseas in numbers that would stagger you (do a Google search).
